WORD FROM THE GIRLS MINISTRIES DIRECTOR
Hi
Ladies!
We have some exciting WNC State events coming
up that I wanted to share with you.
Please mark you calendars for April 21, 2012,
and May 5, 2012. April 21, 2012 is our state
teen girl banquet at Union Road Church of God.
Unmasking True Beauty is our theme. Al'lora
Leonhardt will be our speaker. She is a pastor's
wife in Alabama and our State Bishop's daughter.
Al'lora has spoken for several states at their
girls' events. The event will be formal. Bring
your teen girls and join me for this special
event!
May 5, 2012 will be our Girls' Day Out for girls
ages 4-12, at Ranlo Church of God. Eric Swilling,
who came as El Joy last year, will be there,
but may be a different character that better
represents our theme Unmasking True Beauty.
Several activities will be planned for the girls,
so bring your girls and join the fun!
February is Girls Ministry month. Money raised
will go toward building a Training, Ministry,
and Retreat Center for the entire continent.
